Actually, I am not sure about the exe name that is why I wrote exename.txt (that is my mistake it should be.exe and not txt). Exactly, when I downloaded the community edition the exe file name has come as 'vscommunity.exe' and for enterprise it is 'vsenterprise.exe'. So, given the fact that the vscommunity.exe is inside D: VS2017 and you have one blank folder inside it as 'CommunityEdition' then below command should work D: VS2017 vscommunity.exe -layout D: VS2017 CommunityEdition -lang en-US.
